OBRA welcomes amateur operators, visitors, families, and non-hams interested in community service and radio communications.

Mission

The Outer Banks Repeater Association exists to provide reliable amateur radio communications infrastructure, promote technical education and operating excellence, support emergency and public service communications, and foster fellowship and community engagement among amateur radio operators across the Outer Banks and surrounding region.
